RaiseFunders provides outsourced sponsorship acquisition and fundraising management services to youth athletic organizations ("Services"). This includes, but is not limited to, asset auditing, sponsorship package development, sponsor outreach and closing, and fulfillment support services (including tracking tools, checklists, and sponsor reporting). The specific scope of Services for any engagement will be defined in a separate written service agreement between RaiseFunders and the client organization.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site
  • Use the Site to transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

When you submit information through our contact forms, assessment requests, or scheduling tools, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the authority to share it. By submitting information, you grant RaiseFunders the right to use that information to respond to your inquiry and provide the requested services.

Any revenue estimates, projections, or descriptions of potential outcomes on this Site are for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of specific results. Actual sponsorship revenue generated through our services will vary based on the organization's assets, local market conditions, timing, and other factors outside our control.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAISEFUNDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
